GUIDELINES TO FILL UP REGISTRATION FORM FOR UMPIRES & SCORERS

 

  • The applicant must have a gmail account. Please remember that, TCA will only communicate through that email id of yours for any future communication / requirement.
    • For Fresh Umpires and Scorers, mention "FRESH ONLY" wherever applicable.
    • The Photo of the applicant must be clear and visible and must not be older than three (3) months. The photo must be with White Background.
    • The Applicant must sign in a plain white paper and then scan and upload that wherever asked for.
    • The properly scanned documents required during the fill up of the form are 

AADHAAR / PRTC / Driving License (Mandatory) 

Voter ID Card (Mandatory) 

PAN Card (Optional) 

Bank Pass Book / Cancelled Cheque (Mandatory)

Note:- 1. Please make sure all these scanned documents are with you before starting to fill up the form. The scanned copy must be uploaded by scanning both sides of whichever documents applicable. 

2. If the permanent address is similar to present address, then please write “Same as Permanent Address” in the present address column.    

  • Rename the file before uploading as:- (assume the applicant name as “ABC”)

Note: - 1. If not printed, Please write the account number before uploading the Cancelled Cheque.   

2. In case of IFSC Code printed has been changed from the time the cheque book & Pass Book was issued, Please write that before uploading the Cancelled Cheque & Pass Book.   

  • Read the undertaking carefully before agreeing to that.
  • If anyone wants to re-submit the form (only in case of any mistake done by the submitter), properly email us on the following email id by mentioning the details of the mistakes done along with the Submitter's Name & Phone Number. The email must be addressed to the Technical Section, Tripura Cricket Association. That particular email must be sent from the registered email id of the Submitter. No such emails will be entertained once the last date of final submission of the form gets over.
